Work
Earlier this year, I started a new role as a software engineer at The Scottish Government. I'm a few months into the role and I'm enjoying the challenge.
Learning
I'm studying for my Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C03) exam. I haven't made as much progress on this as I want to lately, but I hope to get this crossed off the list this year.
I'm also playing around in the world of Deno. It's a refreshing change from Node.js and I'm keen to see what I can make with it. I'm toying around with the idea of remaking this website with it.
Gaming
I've just finished Ghost of Yōtei (developed by Sucker Punch Productions). The game is a follow-up to Ghost of Tsushima which was released in 2020. I loved playing Ghost of Yōtei and I'm sad it's over. I'm now looking for the next game to play.
TV Shows I'm Watching
I'm currently watching season seven of The Walking Dead. I've been on / off with this series for a while now, so I want to get it finished!
